Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you received a damaged item, we are here to help.
- Replacement Requests: If you wish to receive a replacement, you must contact us at support@tabletop.land. Please include a detailed explanation of the damage, along with the photograph of the damaged item, and your order number.
- Shipping: We will cover the shipping cost for replacement items. Replacement items will be shipped within 14 days of us receiving and reviewing your damage claim.
- Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns and issue replacements in the case of received damaged items on products that are reproducible. Some products may be one of a kind and we may not be able to refund any or replace the product.
